WASHINGTON (TriceEdneyWire.com) – The legendary Earth Wind & Fire turned out a packed house at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The celebrated R&B and Pop band performed a music marathon – 90 minutes with no intermission – for a mesmerized audience. The occasion was the 40th Anniversary Celebration and Benefit for the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.  Duke Ellington is the only D.C. high school that provides pre-professional arts training and college preparation to more than 500 students.
